Initial Consultaion – At Valentine Furniture we listen to what you are trying to achieve and realise that a kitchen is a huge investment, we usually come out to site to take the measurements of the space and to also get a feel for the home. We will sit with you and discuss your ‘Wish List’ and this usually takes about an hour. We will give you our advice on what type of storage works best and tell you new products that are on the market. We can show you some of our previous work in our portfolio, however each kitchen we create is personal to that customer.

Design- We use a package called Articad at Valentine Furniture and we will normally come back to the office to design your kitchen, then invite you to our workshop to have a look at the plans once they are ready. We have a wealth of knowledge in kitchen design and can usually overcome tight corners or difference in heights etc As all our cabinets are hand-made we can solve almost any design problem!

Ready to Order – Once you are happy with the designs we have drawn up for you and ready to order, we would come and take some final site checks, and book in a timeframe with you, our hand-made bespoke kitchens on average take about 4-6weeks to build, but each job is looked at individually and we are always willing to try our best to meet your expectations and dates. However we won’t make promises we cant keep.

Production – All our bespoke kicthens are made on site in our Barmby Moor workshop, we do encourage our customers to come down to our workshop and see their kitchens being made, we like to keep you involved with the whole process. With special machinery which ensures that every kitchen carcass is perfectly square within fractions of a millimetre, this level of precision and attention to detail ensures our kitchens always look great lining up beautifully and offer long-lasting durability.

Fitting – We can do as much or as little as you want us too, we are happy to supply only, however we do have an exceptional fitting team who are used to dealing with our crafted kitchens. We will always be respectful when we are working in your home, during the fitting the room does become a place of work for us, but we always clear away our tools and remember that it is your home at the end of the day.

Follow Up – We will always come out to site during the fit to make sure you are happy with how things are going and we will always give you a call after about 3 weeks to see if there is anything that needs tweaking, we feel it is important to be attentive from start to finish.
